SmartPHR™ is downloadable only by the patient to portable devices and can be carried on person. SmartPHR™ provides “wellness recommendations” by analyzing the patient health profile. SmartPHR™ provides “scope of insurance benefits” by analyzing the patient health plan. SmartPHR™ provides “medical spending patterns” by analyzing all medical expenses incurred.
The SmartPHR concepts are implemented as a suite of software products together termed as the FollowUpMD™ SmartPHR™ Health Platform. The HealthCentre™ is the basic product offering and integrates with other products. It works along with the WellnessCentre™ to provide wellness recommendations, with the BenefitsCentre™ to provide the scope of insurance benefits and with the ExpenseCentre™ to capture the medical spending patterns for the patient.
